Refund policy

All Softora Budget products are digital downloads. You receive your files instantly after checkout, so we can't take them back once they have been delivered.

Because of this, we don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once your files have been downloaded.

If something isn't right

If a file won't open, is damaged, or isn't what was described, contact us within 30 days of your purchase at softorabudget@gmail.com with your order number. We will help you fix it, send you a working file, or refund you if we can't solve the problem.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that apply to you.

Before you buy

Please check the product description for compatibility: the planner works in Microsoft Excel (2016 or newer, Microsoft 365, Excel for Mac) and Google Sheets. It is not compatible with Apple Numbers.
