Terms of service

These terms apply when you use the Softora Budget online store and buy our products. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Digital products

Our products are digital files (spreadsheets and PDF guides). Nothing physical is shipped. Your download link is shown after checkout and sent to the email address you provide.

2. Licence

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own household or personal budgeting. You may not resell, share, redistribute or publish the files, or claim them as your own, whether changed or unchanged.

3. Not financial advice

Our planners are organisation tools. They do not provide financial, tax or investment advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the store currency at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

5. Refunds

Please see our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Softora Budget is not liable for any indirect loss arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
